Kyoto Photographers Society (京都写真家協会)
The Kyoto Photographers' Society (KPS), an organization for professional photographers in Kyoto Prefecture, was founded in 1970.
The founders and representatives were Harumi KONISHI, Ryotaro NAKAJIMA, Keitaro MURATA and Kenzo YAMAMOTO. The current president is Shotatsu KIMURA.
History
The Kyoto Advertising Photographers' Society was formed.
It was renamed as the Kyoto Photographic Society.
On the twenty-fifth anniversary of its founding, it was renamed as the Kyoto Photographers' Society.
